Water2Table Fish Company was started by restaurant veterans, Andi and Joe Conte in 2011. A San Francisco native with 25 years in the restaurant industry and 40 years of recreational fishing experience, Joe was aware that most fish sold to Bay Area restaurants was not coming from small boat, hook & line fishermen. They set out to change that - bridging the connection between Bay Area Chefs and our local fishing fleet committed to providing quality, fresh fish that is traceable and sustainable.

Liberty Ducks

Duck

Sonoma County Poultry was founded in 1992 by Jim Reichardt, a fourth generation duck farmer, in response to chefs’ demands for a larger, meatier, more flavorful duck. Our “Liberty Ducks” are a strain of Pekin Duck that was developed in Denmark and is suited to a slower, less stressful style of rearing. This results in a market age of about 9 weeks as opposed to six weeks for other commercially grown birds. 

Chef Jeremy Cabrera and Melissa Matteson also forage and grow ingredients found within a 40 mile radius
